| Hi there Dog Lovers and Thanks for visiting us here at Bamboo Trot! My official Jack Russell Terrier Club of America registered name is “Bamboo Trot’s Mama Mia” and at my young age of 18 months, I have enjoyed winning many ribbons in the confirmation ring. When I am home at the Trot I am just Ms. Mia, the Entertainment & Activities Director for Bamboo Trot Canine Resort. I am also the official goodwill Ambassador, Mascot and Model for the cool Mia Dogga luxurious canine line and enjoy working sometimes with my wonderful trainer, Lourdes Edlin of Gladewinds Animal Talent, Miami, on various other high fashion photo shoots, and occasionally with my brother Nemo. I love modeling for Mia Dogga because my mother designed it for the comfort & benefit of all dogs. The perks are just great…I had my own Sporting Pro Combo (it's very cool, all dogs should have one) and Jet Setter Carrier before any other dog in the country! I was also one of the official testers for the entire Mia Dogga line through-out the design process. I have a charming personality and for those of you that I have had the pleasure of meeting, you know I am not shy to give you an affectionate lick. Even though I have achieved many accomplishments in my young life what I enjoy most is meeting new canine & human friends and being Mia Dogga's Mascot. My active animal family keeps me very busy here at Bamboo Trot. I have 7 Jack Russell relatives; my rough coated tenacious father - TJ Farms Ripley, my mother, the sweetest - TJ Farms Mocha, my grandmother, the renown lady of distinction - TJ Farms Roulette, my ( I think ) uncle, the handsome and distinguished - Marksworth Beau, and my fun little rough coat tomboy cousins Bamboo Trot’s - Coco Chanel and Lucy Lou and various other Jack Russells that my mother owns or has rescued. We also have two Arabian horses that survived Hurricane Andrew and are now aging gracefully, two cats, Naomi and Fu Man Chu. I have attempted to sincerely establish a friendship with both but cats, but I can tell you that they just don’t appreciate my positive, loving energy and good vibes. My Mom says we all own her and that she works for us, hehehe, but all you dog lovers know how that goes. We all have the best life here at Bamboo Trot. I start my morning off exercising the playgroups by making the Bamboo Trot Canine Resort guests chase me all over the farm... many times and very fast. Most can not keep up and enjoy watching leisurely from the shaded sidelines, with the exception of my favorite 8 month old boyfriend (see photo below), “ Humphrey” Davidson, an Australian Shepherd. He just loves me for me…. regardless of my fame, ambition and energy he is the only one that can really keep up. We have genuine real dog love between us and he is also on his way to much success in the Agility ring with Lourdes as his trainer and the dedication of Alan his owner. My other favorite activity is when my brothers and sisters get together for a reunion, sometimes I just have to hop into a water bucket (photo below) to cool down from the excitement. So you see I am not just another pretty face, I love my job and my life….As it is Truly a Dog’s Life here at Bamboo Trot Canine Resort. As a dog I would like to give a lick and a “Two Paws Up” to all the Dog Owners around the world that love their pets and provide a good life for them. I would also like to encourage you to consider adoption and rescuing those canines that were born into less fortunate circumstances. All us Dogs need love, affection, dedication and training to be the Best that we can be and naturally want to please their owners.
